Scope  
- Covers seamless pipe and tube made of nickel-iron-chromium alloys (UNS N08120, N08800, N08810, N08811, N08890, N08140).  
- Designed for high-temperature and corrosive service (e.g., heat exchangers, furnace components, chemical processing).

    Ordering Information

    Buyers must specify:  
    - ASTM B407-21 and alloy UNS number (e.g., N08800).  
    - Dimensions (OD, wall thickness, length).  
    - Condition (hot-finished, cold-worked, annealed).  
    - Surface finish (e.g., pickled, polished).  
    - Testing requirements (hydrostatic, NDE, corrosion tests).  
    - Certification (EN 10204 3.1/3.2 or equivalent).  
    - Additional requirements (e.g., grain size, special tolerances).

       - Common Name: None (proprietary alloy)  
       - Key Features: High chromium (25%) and nickel (37%) with niobium (Nb) addition for sulfidation resistance.  

    ● N08800  
       - Common Name: Incoloy® 800  
       - Key Features: General-purpose alloy with balanced Ni-Fe-Cr composition for oxidation resistance.  

    ● N08810  
       - Common Name: Incoloy® 800H  
       - Key Features: Higher carbon (0.05–0.10%) than N08800 for improved high-temperature strength.  

    ● N08811  
       - Common Name: Incoloy® 800HT  
       - Key Features: Controlled Ti/Al (≥0.85%) for superior creep rupture strength.  

    ● N08890  
       - Common Name: Incoloy® 800AT  
       - Key Features: Low titanium (Ti ≤ 0.03%) for enhanced weldability.  

    ● N08140  
       - Common Name: None (specialized alloy)  
       - Key Features: Modified Ni-Fe-Cr with improved corrosion resistance in aggressive environments.  

     Notes  
    - N08800, N08810, and N08811 are the most widely used grades, especially in high-temperature applications.  
    - N08120 and N08140 are niche alloys for extreme corrosion resistance.

    Chemical Composition

    - Strict elemental limits (e.g., N08800: Ni 30–35%, Cr 19–23%, Fe ≥ 39.5%).  
    - Impurity control: Low sulfur (≤0.015%) and phosphorus (≤0.025%).

    Heat Treatment

    Inspection & Testing Requirements

    - Chemical Analysis: Per ASTM E354 (wet) or E1473 (OES).  
    - Tensile Testing: Per ASTM E8/E8M (one test per lot).  
    - Hydrostatic Testing: Optional (per ASTM B829).  
    - NDE: Eddy current (ASTM E426) or ultrasonic (ASTM E213) if specified.  
    - Corrosion Testing: Optional (e.g., ASTM G28 for intergranular corrosion).

    Surface & Dimensional Requirements

    - Surface: Free of cracks, scale, or pits; minor scratches allowed.  
    - Tolerances:  
      - OD: ±0.8% for hot-finished, ±0.4% for cold-worked.  
      - Wall Thickness: ±10% for pipes, ±5% for tubes.

    Certification & Marking

    - MTR (Material Test Report): Includes heat analysis, mechanical tests, and compliance.  
    - Marking: Alloy UNS (e.g., "N08800"), ASTM B407-21, heat number, size, and manufacturer’s logo.
